You are responsible for ensuring that you are authorized to share information with the people you invite.
5. Data storage and processing
We use secure third-party infrastructure to host and operate MyCashPower. Some personal data may therefore be stored or processed outside Rwanda.
iHelp LTD takes appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data and to comply with applicable requirements when data is stored or transferred internationally.

Subject to applicable law and its limitations, you may have rights concerning your personal data, including the right to request access, obtain a copy, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion, object to or restrict certain processing, and exercise other rights provided by applicable data-protection law.

10. Account deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us. We will delete personal data that is no longer required for legitimate operational, security, legal or dispute-resolution purposes, subject to applicable legal requirements.
