Terms of Use
Effective date: 17 August 2026
These Terms of Use govern your use of MyCashPower, a service operated by iHelp LTD, 1 KN 78 St, Kigali, Rwanda. By creating an account or using MyCashPower, you agree to these Terms.
1. About MyCashPower
MyCashPower is a household electricity monitoring service designed to help users record prepaid electricity meter readings and purchases, understand their electricity usage, estimate their current balance, and receive purchase and low-balance notifications.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
3. Homes and household members
MyCashPower allows a home owner or authorized user to share access to a home with other people. You should only invite people whom you are authorized to give access to.
People given access to a home may be able to view information associated with that home and, depending on their permissions, contribute meter readings or purchase information.
4. Meter readings and purchase information
MyCashPower relies on information entered by users, including meter readings and electricity purchases. You are responsible for entering information as accurately as reasonably possible.
5. Estimates and recommendations
MyCashPower may calculate usage rates, projected balances, depletion dates and electricity purchase recommendations from the information available to it.
These calculations are estimates intended to help with household electricity planning. They are not guarantees of an actual meter balance, electricity consumption, tariff, token value, purchase cost, electricity availability, or depletion time. You should rely on your actual meter and official electricity purchase information when making a purchase.
6. Notifications
MyCashPower may send account, invitation, verification, low-balance and other service-related notifications. Delivery may depend on external email or communications infrastructure, and we cannot guarantee that every notification will be delivered immediately or successfully.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use MyCashPower unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, misuse another person's account, or use the service to harm another person.
8. Service availability
We aim to keep MyCashPower available and reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, network failures, security incidents, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
9. Intellectual property
MyCashPower and its software, design, branding and original content are owned by or licensed to iHelp LTD unless otherwise stated. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those rights to you.
10. Account termination
You may stop using MyCashPower at any time. iHelp LTD may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, or comply with legal obligations.
11. Changes to the service or these Terms
We may improve, modify or discontinue features of MyCashPower. We may also update these Terms when necessary. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, iHelp LTD is not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on estimated electricity usage, projected balances, purchase recommendations, user-entered information, interruptions in electricity supply, or failures of external services.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that apply to you.
